Homes have become so expensive. When you own such a big home, You have to keep in mind that you have to hire help to keep it clean and maintained. Lovely but extremely huge and a price range that is as big as the home. Beautiful showing as always. Thank you Joe.

GM Joe. You are looking amazing. Loving this modern elevation. Would’ve loved to see this staged. Immediate front bedroom and you know I love the en-suite. Unique stair placement. This home wide vs deep. Covered lanai , kitchen and a lap pool would be fine. Oh a screen too. Loovveee the kitchen and double island with the sink on the correct inner island. Wow thought a small cabinet pantry but that was a nice surprise. Great office with built-ins. Unique blinds opening from the bottom up. Lovely powder bath, drop zone with seat and shoe storage 🙌🏼, big storage in garage as well. Big loft. Big laundry with barn doors, cabinetry, counter & sink. 2 bedrooms with en-suites 🙌🏼. Big primary. Amazing en-suite , love pocket doors. Super shower with a perfect height seat, showroom closet. How does such a perfect ensuite not have a linen closet? But plenty of areas in that closet 😂. Great balcony. Joe this home looks like new construction. Would not think it was lived in. Hats off to the owners for keeping a lovely home and or the cleaning company. This is pretty darn near perfect. Curious why one would move. If this was my budget this could be it. Only true qualm is why do they place the homes so close together; especially when over a million. Folks want that million dollar privacy. And once a pool is in, wet folks gotta walk through the kitchen dining area to get to the powder bath 🫤. Thanks for sharing. Have a great Sunday and week. I actually rewound and watching again. Why don’t you just give the price as shown with upgrades?

Thank you, Joe, you make the best videos for model homes. I've tried to watch other channels that do the same but they either talk too much, not talk at all or they don't know what they are talking about. You always tell us where the upgrades are so we know, hey this ain't included in the base price. That said, this house is another perfect home. Great layout!! Pretty exterior elevation and again, whoever did the interior design is super talented. I love color but I lean towards neutrals all the time.

Please stop showing us unrealistic models and start showing real houses. And tell us the truth about prices without playing games with us about base price, options, additions, extras, blah blah… People have no more time for marketing gimmicks.

Like someone else said, why don’t you tell us the price? It doesn’t make any sense, you’re wasting our time if we can’t afford it

GM Joe. Happy Sunday. 1-story 🙌🏼. Love stone or brick in my elevation. Love the discrete view on entry. Beautiful 1st bathroom. Spacious guest bedroom. Nice open concept with designated dining area. Big kitchen indeed. If the unit wasn’t there by the sliding doors; could even fit an informal dining. Omg. You just said the same 😂. Covered lanai. Love the retention wall. Questionable room for a pool. Like that hallway with the tucked bathroom, laundry 🧺 and 2 bedrooms. Spacious rear private primary. En-suite is quaint. A little on the small size but enough. Beautiful shower tile. No linen closet. Clothing closet a smidge small for 2 but doable. This is a lovely home. Thanks for sharing & have a great week.

Happy Sunday and happy Father’s Day Joe. Am I hearing a slightly different musical intro interlude? Nice. Like the elevation. Wide deep entry. Big front office/den. Put a closet and could be a bedroom. Sunken hidden staircase. Nice open concept. Gas community 🙌🏼. Big pantry. Great size laundry with cabinets & sink. Actually like the 2 beds & bathroom in the rear with split plan primary across the way. Spacious primary & en-suite. Always appreciate a linen closet & big closet. Beautiful covered paved lanai. Just need a kitchen. Fenced pool 🙌🏼. Still a lot of green space. Appreciate the powder bath but they need to be in the rear closer to the pool. Upstairs not needed but will admit it’s nice. Huge loft. Bedroom & bath. Perfect for the graduate waiting for the dream job to start life. Thanks for touring. Enjoy your day🤗

I like this house. But what I don’t like is how they did the grass in the back. I dont mind fake grass (low maintenance). And I don’t mind real grass. But this remodelers couldn’t get their act together. In the back yard the have fake grass with real grass. Meaning you have to get your lawn mower out to cut those tiny patches risking ruining the fake grass that buttresses up against it. Stupid. And the windows. Where are the blinds for privacy and to keep the blaring FL sun out?

WOW, WOW, and just WOW! Gorgeous home. I love the color of the wood floors. Every room is perfect. My favorite though, is the bear rug when you walk in!! I guess the original owner will take it when they go. he he If I could afford the house I'd have to go hunt my own bear for a rug. But it is truly a gorgeous home!!

Gym that’s also a bedroom re:closets. Theater room. Joe this home not my price point but it is amazing. I’m a 1- story gal but the elevator is appreciated. The last 2 upstairs bedrooms share a bath but it’s ok. The other has an en-suite and there’s a powder bath in the loft area. This is a very pretty home. I love the elevation and floor plan. I gotta have the main bdrm down so this is perfect. You always give us the best home tours. The only thing I don't like and I hope home builders note this - disgusting and gross interior design. Awful, depressing colors throughout the house. Nicer, happier and friendly colors make a big difference in selling a house. Interior designs are too masculine of late and need to be more unisex.

Almost looks like no backsplash. See it at certain angles. Love a gas community. Big family rom indeed. Good size primary. Like this shower. A bit of privacy. No linen closet? Make the shower a smidge smaller and fit a linen closet. Big loft. Omg. 1st bedroom huge with en-suite 🙌🏼 and big closet. These big bedroom closets are amazing. Big covered lanai. Great video. Thanks Joe. Think I would prefer for the kitchen layout to be tweaked. Island rotated 90 degrees to face the living area and the fridge (refrigerator) wall setup to be swapped over with the oven wall. Of course, setup Californian style wardrobes with doors (closets) 😉. When that lottery win happens, it's you I'll be contacting to sort out my Florida home!

GM Joe. Happy Sunday. Different musical intro? Like the elevation except the 3 steps up to the path to the door. Beautiful door. The home is deep. The 2 front guest bedrooms and shared bath a great size. Beautiful open concept. Big kitchen, island, unique backsplash, ok size pantry. Love the pot drawers. Big family room & big designated dining space. Good size laundry 🧺 room right next to the 1st floor primary 🙌🏼. Love closets in the bedroom. Oh I see a second closet in the en-suite. Big shower. Linen closet. Don’t care for the floor or shower tile or cabinet color but that’s an easy fix. Covered lanai. Slopping lots concern me for the homes at the bottom of the slope in terms of floods. Like the private bathroom/office and yes; please make that a full instead of 1/2 bath. So that enough. Don’t even need upstairs but that loft is an amazing space. Nice bathroom and huge bedroom. Deep closet with that 1 short hanging rack in the rear. Need another on the side. Big enough up to have a 1/2 bath as well. That is a great space for the college graduate to have their own space til the find the job of their dreams and get their own apt or home. Lovely home Joe. Have a great week. 🤗

Big primary. Nice en-suite. Even like the separate closet. The shower tile in the upstairs bathroom is a unique color. Now it’s 3bedtooms to 1 bathroom. Like the little nook but if possible make that another 1/2 bath. Lovely home. Only needs a pool. I’m in my orthopedic years so 1st floor primary is great but would still have to go upstairs to clean; so 1- story for me 😂. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week 🤗

Formal dining area a smidge small to me but do appreciate the open concept. Fabulous kitchen. Appreciate you can comfortably sit on 3 sides of the island. Tons of cabinetry and yes the window a plus. Cozy office. Would be a small bedroom. Lovely bath. Agree. Very nice tile. Great storage under the stairs & big pantry. Wide drop zone. Big primary. Appreciate his/her closets. Beautiful shower. Need a linen closet VS a tub. Covered lanai. Big sloping backyard. Great size for a pool. Now the 2 front bedrooms and bathroom a nice size. Don’t even need upstairs but it’s nice. I believe you are correct re: the bedrooms bigger than the primary. Nice loft. I’m a bathroom lover 😂. I would want each bedroom to have their own en-suite and a 1/2 powder bath for loft occupants. Beautiful home and great tour. It's definitely a home for someone who entertains a lot. So many areas to just sit and chat. I can't believe all the woodwork, iron work and expensive materials used in building this home.

Hubby will shrivel in that jacuzzi and sauna. Beautiful kitchen. Nook with yard views. Family room. Cute library. Oh yes. A gameroom and you know I love a bar 🍹🍸🥃🍷. Home theater 🎭🙌🏼. Amazing backyard. Covered paved lanai. Outdoor kitchen. Dining. Lounging. Pool. Jacuzzi. Lots of green space. Dock. All that land on the way to the dock belongs to the owner ? You said walking through the conservation. My QUESTION is who owns that and maintains overgrowth? Nice wine room. Big guest bedrooms. Love the laundry 🧺 room. Mid floor bonus room. Like the next level loft. You know I love every spacious guest bedroom has an en-suite 🙌🏼. Love the balconies. WOW Joe. I don’t see this as dated but as old school charm. Really a beautiful home.
